I have my own vintage jewelry, can you make something for me? 

That's great! We love working with clients to create a custom piece for them, whether it is a necklace using a treasured grandmother's brooch, or a whole set of unique bridesmaids jewelry.  Please send us a message with more details!

I don't have any of my own jewelry, but still want a custom piece.  Can you do this? 

Absolutely! We have a lot of vintage pieces to choose from, or we can source something extra special for you. Feel free to send us your request and more information about what you are looking for, and we can get started on designing your one-of-a-kind piece.

How should I care for my new jewels? 

Each item we make is handmade and most contain vintage pieces. Due to the nature of these materials, there may be some variations in color or slight wear. This adds character to the piece, and tells a story! 

Gentle wear and care will ensure your jewels last and preserve their beauty. Store them in the signature bag you received them in, and take care when traveling with them. Should they need cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the beads clean. Use a dry cloth for brooches or vintage components, as water or other solutions can damage their finishes.

My purchase is for a friend, can you gift wrap? 

What a nice friend you are! We package all items in our signature fabric bags with ribbon closure and boxes. If you have any requests, please let us know. We love making gifts extra special.

When can I expect my jewels to arrive? 

Most items ship within 2-3 days of payment.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Standard Shipping should arrive in 5-7 business days.  Upon checkout, please select Expedited Shipping if you need your order in 2 days.

I received incorrect or damaged jewelry.  What should I do?

Oh no! Please accept our apologies, we are sorry to hear that. We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any amanda k. jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please email us if you have a repair request.

Can I exchange or return my item?

We want our customers to love their purchases. However, should you decide to return an item purchased online or at one of our trunk shows, we offer merchandise credit within 10 days of original sale toward a future purchase of amanda k. jewelry. Please email us for more detail on our return policy. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases.

Do you store my information?

We value privacy as much as you! We will never share your personal information with any 3rd parties without consent. The information you enter is used for transaction purposes only.  If you choose to share your email with us, (we appreciate it!) and we promise not to bombard your inbox with messages, or share your email with any other parties.
